School of Creative Performance and Production Course Mixer…

19:00 - 21:00 (With Free Entry to The Vault Alt Night afterwards)

School of Creative Performance and Production are delighted to continue the working relationship with The Vault, to bring you the official course mixer for 2026! 

All students are invited to The Vault from 19:00-21:00 on Friday 2 October for a special evening of live music and interactive games with your lecturers. The first 125 students to attend the event will also receive a free welcome drink (yes, that includes alcohol if you wish). 

This is a great chance for you to socialise with the people on your course, as well as meeting like minded students who are studying similar courses, and those who are in different years of study - You will find this very beneficial for creating collaborative relationships as you continue with your various University projects. 

The live music has been programmed by current UoW students: Ben Fraser, Theo Dillamore-Ward, Mhiyha Collins-Smith and Kieran Floyd. The artists playing the event are also current students, too.

Schedule: 

19:00 - Arrival and snacks

19:30 - Live Music from Emily Fowler 

20:00 - Interactive games with your lecturers

20:30 - Live music from Lydia and Finn

21:00 - Finish 

All students will be welcome to stay and attend the SU Alt Night for free of charge after 21:00, where there will be DJs and more live music from the fantastic Throwing Distance and Silver Lining. 

Please note - Students should bring proof of age I.D to purchase alcohol, and to remain in the venue for Alt Night.
