Event policies
Student Club Event Policy
- The welfare of all is paramount to Winchester Students' Union. We do not tolerate abuse or harassment of any kind. Please report this to a member of staff if you see it.
- Last entry is at 11pm or 2 hours before the end of an event, whichever is earliest. This is subject to change on the authority of Venue Management if deemed necessary.
- When you attend our event, you agree to abide by Winchester Students' Union Code of Conduct (Bye-Law 2) and will be subject to this policy if found in breach of this policy
- One guest per student is permitted to attend Winchester Students' Union club nights unless otherwise stated in the event description. Guests must arrive their friend and will be signed in. The behaviour of guests is reflected on the person who signs them in, so please only sign in people you trust.
- Tickets our events are student only unless otherwise stated. Unless you are a Winchester University Student, their guest or a student at an affiliated educational institution (please check if you are unsure), you will not be admitted or refunded
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Under the Licencing Act 2003 it is illegal for us to admit anyone who is intoxicated into our Venue. It is our policy to refuse entry too anyone deemed too intoxicated with a friend in order to get them home safe. Do not come to the venue or bring a friend to the venue who has had too much as you will both be refused.
